Please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. However, we do provide an exchange option for eligible orders.

Exchange Eligibility

• Exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of receiving the product
• The item must be:
  • Unused and unwashed
  • In original condition with tags intact
  • Returned in original packaging

Exchange Process

• Once your request is approved, we will guide you through the exchange process
• The replacement product will be shipped after the original item is received and inspected

Non-Eligible Items

• Items that are damaged due to misuse
• Products without original tags or packaging
• Requests made after 5 days of delivery
